Account Executive / Project Manager

Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Executive / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated self-starter. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in a mid to large corporation having led all project phases, including managing the project plan, status reporting and creation and quality control of contracted deliverables. The Account Executive / Project Manager will be the day-to-day single point of contact for the Client. This individual is also responsible for managing and delivering all project work, facilitating meetings between the customer and creative staff as well as serving as the account leader and communications coordinator throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the account leader and communications coordinator for assigned accounts

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Description:

Our company is looking for a flexible, hardworking Graphic Designer with a combination of strong graphic design skills including HTML and Flash abilities. The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting our clients' web and marketing efforts. The position demands initiative and strong creative skills, the ability to work with minimum supervision as well as with others on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Design websites and User Interface for web based software applications
Design and quickly implement clear, effective collateral newsletters, print brochures, flyers, banner ads and e-mail promotions to support marketing initiatives
Develop HTML and Photoshop content according to set deadlines and within brand parameters Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Maintain site content with HTML updates as needed

Requirements:

  • B.S. Arts & Design or 2+ years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of Photo-editing and Web Design
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Dream Weaver, Macromedia Illustrator (Knowledge of Macromedia Flash is a plus)

The Horizon Marketing Group, Inc. family of companies includes Peer360, which is a pioneer in the e-mail marketing industry. Peer360 has developed the following e-marketing products for our clients: WEBLetter, WEBSurvey, WEBProspector, WEBFulfillment and WEBCollaboration. Our Managed Services department is responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients in their use of these tools. We are seeking a results-oriented Managed Services Specialist to assist the Manager of Managed Services in developing and managing our clients’ email marketing broadcasts.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Assist in loading client content (e.g., articles, photos) into Peer360 WEBLetter tool to create client newsletters
  • Create pdfs of the email broadcasts, load printable versions of the broadcasts and publish to selected lists
  • Be available to assist with unscheduled, time-sensitive email marketing broadcasts
  • Assist in adding, editing and deleting email addresses from client lists
  • Edit and upload new client email marketing lists
  • Assist in preparing reports for clients regarding effectiveness of broadcasts
  • Build demos for the Peer360 products
  • Conduct training sessions for the use of the Peer360 products
  • Provide telephone support to Managed Services clients regarding WEBLetter and other Peer360 e-marketing tools
  • Prepare monthly updates of invoicing information of all Managed Services clients
  • Update client support spreadsheet with new data relating to client accounts
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience creating and publishing e-mail newsletters and e-mail broadcasts required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and assist other team members where necessary

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a program from strategy inception to program execution including plan development, creative development, compiling and analyzing reports, monitoring campaign performance and budget and analyzing campaign ROI. Search Engine/Internet Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM/PPC)

Description:

Our rapidly expanding SEM division is looking to hire a sharp Search Engine and Internet Marketing Specialist. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the Internet, SEO/SEM and marketing.

Experience should include 2-5 years of optimizing websites and search terms for organic search, as well as setting up, maintaining, and optimizing high-volume paid search campaigns. Strong analytical and computer skills are required. This is not a technical position but the candidate should be very web savvy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversight of strategic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives on Google,Yahoo, MSN and other second tier search engines
  • Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing high-volume paid search campaigns as well Organic Search Optimization (SEM, SEO, PPC)
  • Managing media relationships, which includes contract negotiations, creative development and delivery, implementation, and ROI analysis
